Webster Vienna Private University was awarded the ERASMUS charter in 2015. ERASMUS will help Webster Vienna Private University achieve its mission to transform students for global citizenship. When considering partner institutions for ERASMUS, WVPU will seek institutions with a compatible educational philosophy, namely those place a high value on joining theory/research and practice, provide an international perspective, value small class sizes and individual attention.


Erasmus+ is the EU's program to support educational mobility for studying and training in Europe. Students can go for up to 12 months to study at a partner institution or for a traineeship and are eligible for financial support from the Austrian agency for international mobility and cooperation in education, science and research (OeAD) to cover their relocation expenses.


All WVPU degree seeking students are eligible to participate in the activities that are supported by the Erasmus+ program.


Students should apply for student and traineeship mobility in Fall by April 15 and in Spring by October 1. Please refer to the specific program track for more details or write an e-mail to and request more information.
